About The Role

As Academy Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Academy Department, including handling any general and HSQE queries, developing and maintaining a range of reports including positive intervention report, training matrices and site damage reports ensuring any relevant actions are highlighted and remedied. The role is also responsible for the distribution and supporting with the creation of content for our internal employee engagement app.
In support of the Academy Manager, you will work on various regular and ad hoc projects including presentations, documents and e-learning. Creating monthly reports and presenting the data in suitable graphs or tables. Arranging monthly meetings and taking notes as well as coordinating all Academy room bookings.

To succeed in the Academy Coordinator role, you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
You will be an outgoing, engaging character who enjoys a variety of work where you can interact with a range of people and be involved in numerous projects.
Essential skills:
* Computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Coordinating tasks/projects through to completion
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable skills:
* Previous experience using bespoke systems and applications with transferable skills to learn new platforms
* Industry knowledge
