As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in the organisation, focusing on financial control, performance improvement, and business partnering. Key Responsibilities: Provide finance support to Operations Managers Challenge and review costs, delivering consistent, timely, and accurate management information Collaborate with the finance team to effectively manage all financial aspects of the business Support the production of monthly management accounts Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: Strong accounting skills and previous accounts experience are essential. Commercially focused mindset Proficient in advanced Excel ability to re-prioritize workloads to meet unexpected deadlines. Excellent communication skills Strong presentation skills. Desired Experience and Qualifications: A relevant financial background is desirable.
