Grade D £19,057.38 to £20,635.93 per annum (£13.05 to £14.13 per hour) + 7% enhancement for out of hours working.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planner to join the busy Home Support Reablement Team. We are looking for 2 new team members to play a vital role in screening and allocating packages of support on behalf of the Home Based Reablement Service.
The role includes data entry of packages of care onto a computerised scheduling system and the support and maintenance of these IT systems. You will work alongside a team of resource planners to assist with queries and updating systems and reports on our own IT systems. You will provide quality rostering to ensure staff are deployed in the most effective manner to utilise both time and costs.
You will feed into user groups so we can utilise the IT systems in the most effective way.
About You
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual with excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding telephone manner, exceptional organisational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Providing top-notch customer service is a key aspect of this role. You will be required to work 28 hours per week on a flexible rota covering seven days, with shifts scheduled between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm. In recognition of this flexibility, a 7% enhancement will be added to your salary.
