BDS are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join a Husing Association in the Redruth area to support a servicer which provides support to customers, living in the community, who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses. We provide social inclusion support to these customers, to enable them to have a better quality of life. Main duties include but are not limited too; You will provide support in line with each customers' personal Support plan Managing a tenancy Working with benefits (housing benefits, universal credits, PIP and other), bills Exploring options around education, training and volunteering, budgeting Linking with and signposting to agencies and activities in the community and other appropriate services, Supporting people with health needs, addiction, and engaging with other professionals Hours per Week: 37 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - bandwith hours 8am to 6pm with bank holidays a normal working day Expected Length of Contract: This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP Pay rate; £14.46ph PAYE- £18.26ph UMB You will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle Apply now for immediate consideration
