It's an exciting time to join and while we have made great progress, we are just getting started The role The Central Grocery team is at the forefront of ensuring that Deliveroo strengthens its position as a leader in the ‘On Demand Grocery’ space. You will work with our Global Category Management team, focusing on developing the FMCG Insight proposition, shaping our product strategy and enabling key FMCG partnerships. What you’ll be doing Programme development : develop Insight monetisation programme, including monetizable assets, sound commercial model and managing “go to market strategy” Partnering: engage with multiple internal stakeholders (tech, commercial, ads, product) and external clients to build our FMCG Insight solution and deliver insight to key FMCG partners Data Insight: support on developing key partner facing pitches and delivering bespoke insight projects from data preparation to final reporting. Team management : We have an in-house team of analysts and commercial associates you will need to provide direction for. What we are looking for Positive entrepreneurial mindset and great at working collaboratively in a high performance, ambiguous, fast paced and hands on environment. Proven experience in consultancy/ FMCG delivering insights, category and brand growth strategy. A commercial & curious attitude with the ability to answer clients’ big questions and unafraid to have a point of view. Able to offer unique insights that challenge clients’ perspective by translating large data sets into impactful presentations that allow the client to make informed business decisions. Defining the vision and strategy for the Insight product based on market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities Problem solving abilities involving identifying the root cause of problems, assessing risks/impacts and determining and implementing effective solutions Preferred: Experience in retail, grocery, and or CPG product management. Experience bringing to life zero to one products. Strong Excel and SQL skills, familiar with BI software (Tableau, Looker or similar) Why Deliveroo? Our mission is to be the definitive food company.
