Responsibilities:
* To work within an adult locality team and will entail working with individuals, families, carers, and communities to enable them to make informed decisions, to promote independence, whilst working in a strengths-based approach.
* Working with adults and be expected to produce high quality assessments, collaborating with various agencies, and interpreting case law and legislation
* Undertaking assessments under the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and investigations for Safeguarding Adults are essential.
* Managing complex case work including best interests and self neglect/hoarding is desirable.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
