As a Curriculum Team Leader Art and Photography at Chilton Trinity School, you will play a key role in contributing to the delivery of Futura’s mission statement of “Building the brightest future for all, enabling every individual to flourish”. Purpose of the role:
* Ensure the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated Art and Photography curriculum.
* Be accountable for student progress within the subject areas of Art and Photography across all Key Stages.
* Monitor the quality of teaching within the Art and Photography curriculum area.
* Develop and enhance the teaching practice of others.
As a Curriculum Team Leader of Art and Photography your principal accountabilities will include:

What You’ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for a passionate Curriculum Team Leader who:
* Qualifications: Has a good relevant Honours degree, must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with evidence of completion of induction.
* Experience: A minimum of two years' teaching experience across the full age and ability range in secondary education is essential.
* Skills: Can demonstrate excellent classroom management and teaching skills, as well as strong leadership abilities to implement curriculum changes effectively.
* Can demonstrate a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
* Aligns with our trust-wide values by bringing a positive, collaborative approach to their work and a willingness to continuously develop professionally.
