The Role :
We are seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work at our partnered esteemed Secondary Schools based in St Neots and the surrounding areas in Cambridgeshire.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students receive a consistent and high-quality learning experience in the absence of their regular teachers. You will supervise classes, maintain a positive learning atmosphere, and support our students in achieving their potential.

The ideal Cover Supervisor will:
1. Inspire and support students to ensure each one thrives academically, using your educational knowledge and expertise
2. Adapt supervisory techniques to complement individual learning styles, effectively responding to diverse skill levels and behaviours
3. Communicate seamlessly, building strong connections with fellow teaching staff and fostering trust with our aspiring students. Emotional intelligence is paramount in your interactions!
4. Maintain composure, patience, and understanding; the academic environment can be dynamic, and your ability to stay calm and assess support needs is crucial.
A candidate 'Must Have':
5. An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this!)
6. Eligibility to work in the UK (No Sponsorships Provided)
7. Willingness to do Cover Supervisor work with a wide range of children
8. RELEVANT Experience and Qualifications not required but preferred!
