Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop comprehensive plans and specifications for large-scale civil engineering projects.
* Conduct thorough site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
* Utilise advanced engineering software and tools to analyse and optimize concrete structures for maximum efficiency and durability.
* Oversee the execution of concrete works, providing technical guidance and support to on-site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Implement quality control measures and perform regular inspections to monitor construction progress and identify potential issues or deviations from design specifications.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on all matters related to concrete works and civil engineering.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in the design, planning, and execution of large-scale civil engineering projects, with a focus on concrete works.
* Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, and ETABS.
* Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles, particularly as they relate to concrete structures.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship in all aspects of project management and execution.
