Location: The Crescent Primary School, Toynbee Road, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 9DH
Operational Hours: 8.30 - 17.30 During the Christmas Holidays
Work Dates Available: Monday 23rd December & Tuesday 24th December & Friday 3rd January
Pay: £15 per hour
Contracts Available: Casual - Holiday Club Only
Experience: Experienced & Qualified SEND is essential for this role.

Junior Adventures Group UK is on the lookout for a happy, enthusiastic, and passionate 1:1 SEN Activity Playworker to join our ever-growing family. This is a complex role which calls for the expertise of a confident and proactive individual with existing experience supporting children with SEN.
As an 1:1 SEN Activity Playworker, you will:
1. Support children within our Holiday Club
2. Support children in all areas with sensory activities and games
3. Engage with children through play and sports
4. Supervise children in a safe and welcoming environment
5. Create an inclusive and fun atmosphere where possible
6. Experience in either teaching or supporting PMLD children (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)
7. Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviors
8. Must have patience and be able to respond to a child's needs
Experience for this role is a must-have.

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
