The Customer Service Administrator role involves managing Engineers diaries, scheduling and accepting quotes and carrying out a range of administrative functions to support the wider team. Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE 8.30am - 5pm Customer Service Administrator responsibilities: Managing incoming calls and effectively responding to queries Working reactively and flexibly to ensure emergencies are dealt with promptly Scheduling and booking in quotes Ensuring Engineers are on route to their jobs and managing any enquiries Arranging hire for quoted works Preparing handover at the end of the day/week, advising the OOH team on works Organising site permits as required Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies: Strong organisational and communication abilities IT proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel A can do attitude and flexible approach Apply today
