How youll spend your day Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring best practices and professional growth. Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. Drive the implementation of Agile methodology in Salesforce development projects, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Manage and optimise Salesforce workflows, validation rules, permissions, and security settings. Ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions using Salesforce best practices and governance standards. Oversee data management, analysis, and reporting to maintain system integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business applications. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and innovations, ensuring continuous system improvements. Provide training, guidance, and documentation to improve Salesforce adoption across the organisation. What youll bring to this role Salesforce administration experience in a professional environment. Proven experience leading a Salesforce team, including mentoring, performance management, and project delivery. Strong understanding of Agile methodology, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development. Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, security settings, and automation. Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management. Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, SOQL, and integrations. Knowledge of DevOps practices in a Salesforce environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Certifications you will bring to the role: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) Certification (Highly desirable). Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.
