The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting department managers with general administration tasks.
General Duties:
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchasing contracts, invoices, and correspondence
Input data into relevant software systems and databases
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders
Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to records and documents
Assist in transferring data between systems ensuring integrity during the migration process.
Assist with general administration tasks across departments Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
