Responsibilities:
* Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
* Assisting with planning and preparing teaching materials
* Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
* Providing support for students with special educational needs
* Supervising students during class and break times
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to teaching
Qualifications:
* A degree in Education or related field
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities
* Understanding of educational principles and practices
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Basic IT skills
* Teaching assistant qualification
* Experience in a similar role within a school setting
The role involves working in a school environment with children and young people. The working hours are typically during school hours, with some additional time for preparation and administrative tasks. The position may also involve some outdoor activities or field trips.
