We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team. This on-site role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of management schedules, administrative functions, and business processes. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional time management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Diary & Schedule Management:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prioritize and organise engagements to maximise executive efficiency.
Ensure leadership team members are well-prepared for meetings and events.
-Administrative Support:
Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and reports with discretion.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials as required.
Organise and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval.
Assist with expense management and travel arrangements.
-Meeting Coordination & Support:
Arrange and manage meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes-taking.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate meeting logistics.
