We’re looking to recruit a Technical Information Administrator to join our Twyford to Greatworth (T2G) section based in the Brackley area. The successful candidate will manage and update our technical records, coordinate with various teams to ensure information accuracy, and handle documents for as-built information.
In this role, you will update the drawing records to X-Revision and coordinate with the delivery team to ensure the information displayed is correct. You will liaise with the Engineering team for review and approval of documents and transmit, manage and close-out documents for as-built information. You will also create and manage a tracker for as-built production and close-out. In addition, you will collaborate with Construction, Engineering, and Hand Over teams to forecast as-built production and maintain transparency in the process.
About The Candidate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role in a technical environment.
Working knowledge of document management systems.
Working knowledge of CAD software
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to engage with other teams and develop a strong network.
Proficient in prioritising workload and forecasting task completion dates
Driving licence is required for this role
