The primary responsibility of the role will be to lead, develop and further embed effective, quality people management practices within the wholly owned subsidiary, AGH Solutions Ltd ensuring adherence with company policies and processes and in accordance with current legislation and best practice. The post holder will ensure all operational people management policies, guidance and toolkits are reviewed in line with theAGH Solutions Ltd people policy review schedule and contribute to the design and delivery of a comprehensive Management Development Programme.
