Role Responsibilities:
* Manage orthopaedic caseload, including fractures, TPLOs, and complex soft tissue surgeries.
* Provide outstanding clinical care during consultations and procedures.
* Deliver clear updates to clients on patient status.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and foster a culture of excellence.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Veterinary Surgeon with the RCVS.
* Proficient in small animal surgery, including TPLO/TTAs or equivalent procedures, fracture repair, and complex soft tissue surgeries.
* Experienced in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.
* Strong team player with demonstrated leadership skills.
* Familiarity with progressive clinical practices and supporting nurse consults.
* Effective coaching and influencing skills to support team development.
