Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and administer treatment for patients with acute and chronic conditions in Arlington, VA
* Collaborate closely with a diverse healthcare team comprising physicians, nurses, and technicians to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery
* Engage with patients' caregivers and family members to provide holistic and compassionate care
* Provide patient education resources and conduct counseling sessions as part of the treatment regimen
* Maintain precise documentation of patient care activities, procedures, and outcomes to meet legal and operational standards
Qualifications
* To qualify for the position of Advanced Practice Provider in Arlington, VA, US, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Master's degree in Physician Assistant (MPA)
* Applicants should hold national certification as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) or a Physician Assistant (PA)
* A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical practice setting is required for this role
* Candidates must have current state licensure in the state of Virginia
* US Work Authorization and fluency in both English and Spanish are essential qualifications for this position
Compensation
$110,000 - $125,000 yearly
