We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our client on a long term basis, based in Wokingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to support the organisation's talent acquisition efforts and make an immediate impact. The key focus of this role is to clear a backlog of candidates, and manage the ( ATS) effectively. Description Key Responsibilities: Review and clear the current candidate backlog, ensuring all applicants are processed efficiently and fairly. Organise, update, and maintain the ATS, ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet the organisation's recruitment needs. Liaise with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on candidate progress. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate experience. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and process improvements. Profile What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and experience in managing candidate pipelines. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
