PMO Manager - 12 month contract
QLM Search is partnering with a leading food manufacturer as they undergo a major post-acquisition integration, embedding a newly acquired production site into their existing operational and governance model.
As part of this, they are seeking an experienced PMO Manager to oversee the structured integration of workflows, systems (SAP), and teams — without compromising production uptime or operational continuity.
This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth, well-governed integration while maintaining business performance on the ground.
As PMO Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to embed the newly acquired plant operations into the group’s operating model. You’ll manage the integration workflow across supply chain, planning, finance, systems, and HR, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations and sustained production output.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing and managing the integration roadmap, with clear milestones, risk management, and accountability
* Working closely with site operations, functional leaders, and transformation teams to ensure a seamless transition
* Managing headcount transitions, operating model shifts, and ways of working across both legacy and new teams
* Maintaining full visibility on production performance, ensuring no disruption to output or supply
* Leading governance, reporting, and issue resolution throughout the integration lifecycle
* Supporting change management and communications across all stakeholder groups
