Inspire resourcing are currently recruiting for an Administration Support role based with our well-established client in Belper.
Duties Include:
* Perform general administration duties through various communication channels
* Deliver customer support.to B2B and partnerships
* Provide B2C customer interactions
* Interact with the Field engineers to ensure job closures are secure
* Use data spreadsheets and digital functions to dispatch correspondence to end user customers
* Supporting the Customer Care team with administrative tasks
* Utilise Salesforce reporting
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Previous experience of working in an Administration team
* Strong organisational skills
* The ability to work on your own initiative and work well within a team
Salary:
£13,234 plus up to £750 bonus per year
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week
