About the Role:
As our Guest Experience Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of all attractions within The Blackpool Tower. From managing the Guest Experience team to ensuring seamless operations, your leadership will drive exceptional visitor satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
* Champion the guest journey, enhancing NPS, Value for Money, and satisfaction scores.
* Lead a passionate team; recruit, train, and develop talent.
* Oversee safety and operational standards, ensuring a smooth-running attraction.
* Drive guest-focused improvements, using feedback and industry trends.
* Manage budgets, schedules and compliance to keep everything running at its best.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven operations or guest experience management experience in leisure/tourism.
* Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and coach teams.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
