* Lab Management & Maintenance: Keep state-of-the-art labs running smoothly with tasks like routine cleaning, equipment calibration, and re-stocking consumables.
* Analytical Testing: Support vital R&D initiatives by executing manual and automated techniques, including qPCR, ELISA, HPLC, and cell culture methods.
* Precision & Efficiency: Follow detailed experimental instructions, prepare high-quality reagents, and ensure accurate recording of results to enable groundbreaking discoveries.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Use tools like Excel to analyze and share critical findings with multidisciplinary teams.
* Proactive Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve lab processes, ensuring top-quality results and maximized throughput.
What We're Looking For:
* Skills & Experience:
* Background in a scientific field (GCSE/A-Level/BTEC/NVQ or equivalent).
* Organized, proactive, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced research environment.
* Must have experience with analytical test methods
* Must have experience with molecular techniques including qPCR
