The role sits in our Talent and Culture team, which partners seamlessly across the business to curate a deliberately developmental environment. Job Responsibilities Devises and execute effective practical solutions Measures outcomes and evaluate effectiveness; learns and iterates to continually improve and adapts to changing circumstances Partners proactively and effectively, especially with Learning and other HR colleagues across JPMC to make the most of firmwide resources and align appropriately Designs and deliver cohort experiences for program participants Assesses emerging technologies, product offerings and learning modalities to achieve the best learning and development outcomes for the business Runs projects such as: developing a learning path for our Product function; deploying and testing a new module in our learning system with a pilot population; and creating a just-in-time learning offering on engaging personal impact to help develop these professional skills when a presenting opportunity arises Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in building collaborative, trusted advisor relationships Consulting and influencing skills Tailor and flex solutions to the audience Ability to use data analytics to identify new insights and areas of focus Great communicator – able to generate excitement, impetus and motivation through communication & engagement activity Ability to develop a thorough understanding of our products, systems and ways of working Ability to absorb and instil our BeDynamo culture Apply innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve Know how to build and maintain employee delight, engagement, loyalty, morale and inspiration Comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and uncertainty, and are able to pivot fast Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Considerable experience in managing learning, including training design and delivery across multiple approaches (classroom, e-learning, communities of practice) Worked in dynamic, fast-moving professional environments Strong knowledge and network in the JPMC learning community is preferred Some knowledge of organizational development, business psychology and/or employee engagement is preferred
