What We’re Looking For Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above. Proven experience in regulatory inspection and the childcare sector. Lead on safeguarding and health and safety matters, ensuring all staff are trained and compliant with the latest regulations. Monitor performance against KPIs and work proactively to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain the highest standards of care. Support the development and delivery of training and professional development initiatives for staff. Liaise with regulatory bodies, ensuring the service maintains compliance at all times.
