We currently have 2 vacancies within the Clinical Support Services group at UHCW, a full-time post within preoperative services (37.5 hours) and a part-time post within the pain management team (31 hours). Please note that the Pre-operative services vacancy is based at University Hospital, and the Pain management vacancy is based at Rugby, St Cross Hospital.
1. Book new and follow-up appointments according to the Patient Access policy ensuring that all appointments are made using Direct and Partial booking systems and within waiting time targets
2. Ability to understand reports and interpret to ensure appointments are booked correctly, appropriately and recognising capacity requirements
3. Record patients on the patient administration system according to data quality standards and the Patient Access Policy
1. Understanding of RTT, ensuring pathways are followed and completed
2. To act as a point of contact for dealing with enquiries and take action as necessary liaising and effectively communicating at all levels using written, oral and electronic methods.
