Customer Care Operative - Kent - Permanent - £42,000 - Van and Fuel Card
Wheatstone Solutions are working with a Residential developer looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Maintenance Operative into the team.
The duties of the role will be to carry out a high standard of customer service and multi trades / maintenance works within occupied homes. This includes works from Carpentry, Plumbing, Decorating, Painting, Tiling throughout the warranty period.
Duties of the role:
* Meet with customers in their homes and carry out works to a high-quality and timely manner.
* Work alongside contractors as necessary to ensure all works are carried out as needed.
* Report to the Customer Care department regarding finished works, keeping in touch and up to date.
* Adhere to Health & Safety policies at all times.
Skills Required:
* Experience working for a House Builder / Housing Association in a similar role such as Multi Trade Technician / Operative or as a Multi Trader in occupied homes.
* Excellent Customer Service skills.
* Multi Trade works include Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Mastic, Easing doors/floor boards, etc.
* Flexibility to travel across the North Kent/Sussex area.
* Full Driving License.
Experience:
* New Homes Customer Care Maintenance: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Driving Licence (required)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £39,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
