Lift Components Manager

Overall Purpose of Job:
To manage the day to day running of Lift Components, a function within Otis that sells lift parts to external customers. To manage and oversee compliance of Otis inventory kept in our third-party warehouse. Overall accountability for Sales, Quality, Compliance, and Customer Complaints.
Responsibilities
1. To manage support staff including Lift Component Administrators and Technical support.
2. Develop and Implement dashboards to monitor delivery performance/identify and implement improvements to enhance sales growth.
3. Proactively monitor and investigate root causes of issues within Lift Components.
4. Actively manage third-party warehouse provider focused on implementing best-in-class processes, metrics, and continuous improvement.
5. Develop annual budget for transportation and warehouse management associated with Lift Components.
6. Evaluate and identify current internal processes for areas of optimization.
7. Ensure optimal transportation mode and service selection for all shipments.
8. Accountable for Quality and Compliance across the third-party warehouse with Quality Management, proactive checks, and implementation of audit calendar.
9. Maintaining Inventory with a value of £1.2 million.
10. Adding/Maintaining and Updating data to enhance the Lift Component Website.
11. Overall responsibility for Customer Complaints process.
