In this telephone-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, you’ll be booking appointments for our field staff with potential new business clients. If you’ve got previous sales experience—whether phone-based or face-to-face—and you're ready to hit the ground running, read on What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Development Representative (SDR): Engaging with potential B2B clients over the phone to introduce our services. Booking qualified appointments for our field sales team to follow up. Managing your own pipeline of prospects to ensure targets are met. Collaborating closely with the field staff to ensure a seamless transition from the phone-based appointment to the in-person meeting. What We’re Looking For: A driven and motivated individual with a desire to succeed. Sales experience (telephone-based or face-to-face) is preferred but not essential. Energetic, hard-working, and a natural communicator. Someone who wants to earn and is eager to work hard to achieve uncapped commission potential. You thrive in a target-driven environment and have the ability to build rapport quickly.
