Aims of the post are to provide efficient, responsive and friendly service to patients. To work as an effective member of the team, helping the doctors and staff to provide the highest possible quality of care to the patients. Good communications are extremely important within the Practice, with Patients and dealing with outside agencies so that the Practice is held in high regard. Absolute discretion is required in protecting patient confidentiality. The post holder will be required to work flexibly to cover absences of the team. We use various computer systems so basic IT skills required but training will be given.
