The Role:
As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for performing reactive and planned maintenance on a range of modern, high-tech equipment. You'll bring expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, working on three-phase systems and industrial machinery. Your ability to troubleshoot, fault-find, and optimize performance will be essential in keeping production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine and reactive maintenance across the site’s machinery.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both mechanical and electrical systems.
3. Ensure minimal downtime by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
4. Work confidently on three-phase systems and various industrial mechanical machinery.
What You’ll Need:
1. Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in food, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
3. Strong knowledge of RCM and FMEA methodologies.
4. Advanced fault-finding skills and a multiskilled approach.
5. Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems is highly desirable.
