We're seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Deputy Manager, leading our retail team and driving success in store operations.
This dynamic position is perfect for someone with a proven track record in junior management, looking to elevate their career and take on new challenges. As Deputy Manager, you'll be accountable for the day-to-day running of our stores, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing profit while minimizing loss.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Customer Experience: Foster a culture of excellence, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.
* Operational Excellence: Drive efficient planning, deployment, and execution of operational and commercial changes, maintaining compliance with health and safety and retail standards.
* Team Management: Recruit, develop, and manage store colleagues, promoting a positive work environment and driving great engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in a junior management position, preferably in retail sales.
* Proven ability to manage colleagues and provide one-to-one coaching.
* Demonstrated expertise in meeting compliance standards across health and safety and retail operational standards.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
