Accounts Administrator / Deeside / Salary £28,000 - £32,000 / Permanent Role Accounts Administrator Role Overview As the Accounts Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team and be responsible for managing the accounts administration as well as general office administration to support the wider business. You will work closely with and report into the Management Accountant Accounts Administrator Responsibilities: Processing invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Bank payments and reconciliations Raising sales invoices Managing customer and supplier ledgers Credit control and credit limit management Follow up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of payments. Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries as necessary. Prepare production orders and create end-user document packs for distribution. Other tasks as required Accounts Administrator Experience Required Experienced in a similar accounts or admin role with a good work ethic, effective communication and time management skills.
