I am currently supporting a fast-growing client of mine in their search for a People Operations Team Leader. This is a newly created role where you will work as part of a broader people team to oversee the day-to-day operation of the People Operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services to the organisation. In this role you will take responsibility for the following: Leading a team of HR Administrators, driving high performance, supporting with queries and maintaining a positive working environment Acting as a point of escalation for complex HR queries Monitoring team performance, goal-setting and providing feedback Overseeing day-to-day HR service delivery covering recruitment, onboarding, changes to employee records and benefits Continuously reviewing HR processes and making improvements, ensuring compliance with legislation Reporting on key HR metrics Working closely with the broader HR team, liaising with other internal stakeholders Supporting with a variety of employee engagement initiatives This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a high-performing team, where you can really put your own stamp on the role and raise the profile of HR within a great business.
