As part of our reshaping operations programme, we are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Station Manager. We are looking for experienced leaders to join our team in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accountable to the Locality Manager.
2. Overall management and leadership of a defined station.
3. Establish and embed a supportive, motivational, and compassionate leadership culture across operational teams.
4. Line management and supervision of station-based staff, including clinical staff, administration staff, vehicle preparation operatives, and domestic staff.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant key quality and workforce requirements.
6. Accountable for a range of key performance indicators for your station working closely with the wider senior leadership team.
7. Implement and monitor day-to-day service delivery for your station.
Requirements:
1. Proven leadership experience in an operational role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of excellence.
4. Knowledge of key performance indicators and quality compliance measures.
Working Hours:
The role will predominantly operate across 5 days, with the requirement to work out of hours and weekends to support operational delivery.
