Job Overview The Transformation Finance Manager will be responsible for the finance system alignment of ICMP and SAE and the alignment of all ancillary systems and processes for SAE and ICMP. This role will report into the Head of Finance and work with the merged Finance team based across Oxford and Campus locations. There will be a requirement to travel to London. The role will be leading the integration work between ICMP and SAE and across the ADE Group, working with stakeholders and implementing controls and process improvements. Excellent communication skills are critical for the success of this role as there is a need to manage a wide array of stakeholders, including many non-financial managers. Key Responsibilities Finance Transformation Lead on the merge of finance systems, processes and improvement of internal controls across SAE and ICMP: Primary Finance System: Moving ICMP from Sage 200 to Sage Intacct by completion by summer 2025 Assessing the SAE Sage Intacct environment and making recommendations for changes to allow for smooth incorporation of ICMP Assessing current internal processes and controls and making recommendations for the improvement of controls and reporting capabilities in accordance with internal and external control requirements Assessing and creating new reports from merged system to meet business needs (monthly P&L reporting, Balance Sheet reporting, KPI and liquidity days) Student Management System: Key member of the ICMP transition from Quercus to CAS and the impact on Finance System integration (completion September 25) Expenses and Credit Card System: Implementation of Webexpenses to ICMP (or similar system), alignment of purchase cards and credit cards PO System: Review of PO system across SAE and ICMP Payroll: Support for ICMP payroll moving in house to Sage Pay and improve internal processes for efficiency and accuracy (completion April 25) Bank: Support SAE Education bank account transition to ICMP Student Collections: Support AR Manager with alignment of student collection facilities (DD, virtual terminals, physical terminals) Student Finance: Support AR Manager with the alignment of moving students to one SLC portal Assisting the Head of Finance with accounting policy and internal policy review reflecting the above changes Manage alignment of the finance team and business stakeholders through the transition of finance systems providing support and reassurance Other Provide excellent internal and external customer service to all stakeholders Promote and ensure safe working practices and team well-being.
