Wild Recruitment is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support patients and ensure they receive the care they need.
Contract: 6-month position with potential for permanent employment
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Shifts: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 08:00 – 18:00
Your Role:
As an Patient Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of the patient care pathway, providing essential support over the phone. Your responsibilities will include:
* Offering advice and assisting patients in managing their symptoms telephonically.
* Recording basic clinical information using specialist software
* Directing patients to the appropriate healthcare professional based on their condition.
* Scheduling and managing appointments, including cancellations, reminders, and referrals
What We’re Looking For:
No previous experience needed—full training provided!
Customer service experience is essential
Strong computer skills and excellent telephone manner are a must
Experience in a Primary Care setting (GP practice, pharmacy, dental services, NHS walk-in centres) is advantageous
