The post holder will be support the delivery of an effective emergency response (EPRR) system for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB. The post holder will: Have responsibility for the development and maintenance of Strategic Mortuary plan to ensure there is continued mortuary capacity for the long term. There will be a particular focus on forward planning with a requirement for the post holder to have knowledge of seasonal fluctuations in mortuary capacity; Manage the production and updating of plans and procedures, Be required to provide advice and support as appropriate to all localities and services in developing and maintaining mortuary escalation plans, policies and procedures, ensuring that plans are adapted to reflect changing circumstances, in order to deliver an integrated response in the event of a significant incident, business interruption and to maintain on-going service delivery, Will be the organisations representative at relevant meetings and events; Will design and implement service improvements in line with established ICB objectives which is of high quality, is effective and adds values that are evidenced via appropriate governance; Engage appropriate stakeholders in plan reviews and development projects to ensure desired outcomes are understood and delivered.
