The Role The successful candidate will manage nationally significant projects, working closely with our client, key stakeholders, and colleagues across multidisciplinary teams.Reporting to the Director for PCM Nuclear, the role requires a flexible and collaborative skillset, including:- Leadership, inspiring and empowering teams to achieve successful outcomes Team Collaboration: Developing objectives and establishing effective ways of working across the project team. Contract Management: Managing NEC contracts with strict adherence to terms. Design Oversight: Leading design teams and ensuring timely deliver Schedule Monitoring: Tracking progress, managing resources, and addressing variances Financial Oversight: Preparing stakeholder reports and monitoring project financials Risk Management: Developing and implementing plans to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. Quality Assurance: Ensuring consistent application of standards. Governance: Establishing structures to define roles, responsibilities, and accountability. Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and implementing communications strategies to achieve project objectives. Business Case Preparation: Drafting and updating business cases to meet project needs.
