7. Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, case conferences, and reviews, contributing to a coordinated approach to safeguarding and care planning.
8. Maintain accurate case records in line with statutory, regulatory, and Torbay Council policies.
What We Are Looking For:
1. HCPC-registered Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.

3. Strong understanding of child protection legislation, including the Children Act 1989, the Children and Families Act 2014, and safeguarding procedures.
4. Ability to manage complex caseloads and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
5. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and building effective working relationships across different agencies.
6. Proven ability to make informed, evidence-based decisions and take responsibility for complex cases.
7. Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to engage children and families in the safeguarding process.
