Job title: Stock & Replenishment Administrator

About the role -
1. Receiving deliveries – using ERIKS computer systems to log deliveries received. Ensure the correct items were received with the expected standard of quality
2. Allocate goods to correct shelf or correct person dependent on order type.
3. Stock checking - counting stock as appropriate following a yearly, monthly or weekly plan. Accurately enter data using customer’s computer system. Check for accuracy in shelf to sheet correlation. Analyse results and correct any discrepancies.
4. Expediting orders – ensuring our suppliers stick to their quoted delivery dates. Communication with suppliers by phone or email to keep our records up to date.
5. Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system
6. Responding to client enquiries and requests
7. Being initial and key point of contact for the customer
8. Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers
9. Negotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliers
10. Supporting the Customer Operations Manager in sourcing activities
Experience/ skills required
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills
12. Positive 'can-do' attitude
13. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
14. Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
15. Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
Hours of work –
Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 17.30pm
Weekly Hours: 40
Breaks: 30 mins
