HRLife are excited to be working with a successful, growing business to find them a talented pro-active Senior HR Advisor to join their established HR team.
This is a varied HR role where no two days will be the same and would suit someone who has a broad generalist background with exposure to ER, Change, TUPE and ideally someone with experience of acquisitions and integrations.
You will be working closely with the business to:
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business challenges and coach and provide advice and guidance on a range of HR issues such as sickness, performance, promotions and exits.
* Updating policies in line with new employment legislation.
* Rolling out the revised policies and employment changes to managers, embedding them across the business.
* Supporting managers with performance management, being pro-active and suggesting new ideas and coming up with creative ways of working.
* Working with managers to integrate new employees into the business from acquisitions ensuring values and culture is aligned.
* As the business grows and sets up internationally, you will be the expert in researching local employment law and writing new policies.
* Providing analysis and reports to managers to show trends and recommending solutions and new ways of working to improve attendance, performance, engagement and retention.
* Ad-hoc projects as required.

Salary: <50k
Hybrid working but the requirement to go in the office 1-2 days a week.
Office is based on the Reading/Oxfordshire border in Berkshire.
CIPD Level 5 is highly desirable or relevant equivalent qualifications.
