Job summary To maintain properly and effectively, all building structures fabric and finishes within the Community sites and associated buildings, related to the job title. All staff within Essentia including Building Maintenance, Engineering, Housekeeping and security, other Trust staff, directors, senior managers, external consultants, contractors, suppliers, agency staff and various third party organisations as required by the Directorate to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services. Also within the clinical divisions; Matron's, Service General Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Consultants and Junior Medical Staff, Nursing Staff, Allied Health Professionals, Administrative and Clerical Support Staff. Efficiently diagnose and repair faults in building structure, fabric and finishes and deal with new situations as they arise and to pass on knowledge to others. Set out new work or set up new production appropriate to his/her trade using relevant instruments without supervision. Learn new techniques, with training as necessary, and attend training courses as required.
