Customer Team Leader Location: Borras Park Road; Borras Park, Wrexham, LL12 7TH Pay: £13.65 per hour Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5:45am), afternoons, late evenings (10pm), and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your responsibilities include leading the store team, coaching and supervising Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, delivering excellent customer service, and performing tasks like re-stocking and cleaning.

* Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations.
* Develop your team’s capabilities through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture.
* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience.
* Support your store manager by deputising and handling HR processes.
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging feedback and change.
* Build relationships and support local community initiatives.
