A full time position has arisen within the Community Treatment Team based at West Farm House in Cramlington. The Post holder will have experience of working in similar work environment and secretarial experience, with excellent typing skills and minute taking skills is essential due to the demands of the role. A good knowledge of Microsoft packages and typing qualifications is essential for this role. The successful candidate must be able to use own initiative, work under pressure, keep to strict deadlines and have excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. The post holder will provide proactive, comprehensive secretarial and admin support to the team, under the direction of the Admin Lead. This will include handling enquiries, arranging meetings, processing typing / checking documentation, supporting with audits, updating RiO (patient information database system), taking notes at meetings, reception duties, working from a shared inbox and other systems as required, and will provide agreed levels of support to the service and cover for others in the team during absences. The post holder will be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with possible exposure to occasionally distressing or highly emotional circumstances and will be expected to ensure they participate in all relevant training courses appropriate to the role. * Secretarial experience working within a team.
* Experience in a customer / patient and service user focused environment.
* Experience of inputting, interrogation and analysis of patient information via various data bases including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Patient Information Systems (e.g. RiO) and clinical performance dashboards.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with patients, carers and professionals and the ability to develop good working relationships with other key services and stakeholders.
