Role: Field Service Engineer - Agricultural Equipment
Basic Salary: £18 - £20.65 per hour (£40,000 - £45,600) basic with OTE of £55,000 - £60,000
Location: Winchester

About the Agricultural Field Service Engineer Role:
We are looking for skilled Agricultural Engineers, Plant Fitters, or ex-Forces Vehicle Technicians (tracked vehicles, REME, etc.) to join our friendly and professional team in Winchester.
As an Agricultural Field Service Engineer, you'll work on a wide range of cutting-edge agricultural equipment, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs both in our clean, state-of-the-art workshop and out in the field.

2. Overtime paid at 1.5x / 2x rates - earn £55,000-£60,000+ with overtime

What We're Looking For from our Agricultural Field Service Engineers:
1. NVQ Level 2 or higher in Land-Based Engineering, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent City & Guilds).
2. Recent hands-on experience with agricultural, plant, construction, or military vehicles (tracked or wheeled).
3. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
4. Good communication and customer service skills.
5. A valid UK driving licence.
