We are looking for a Services Account Representative (SAR) who will be the main customer contact for operational services business matters. Offering quality service with innovative solutions, looking to drive excellence in customer satisfaction. A SAR covers one or more customer Key accounts working in close collaboration with the Services Key Account Managers.
You will be based in UK/IE.
What you will do
As a Services Account Representative you will:
* Lead communication and planning with customers for service and maintenance events, permanent solutions and re-building kits.
* Lead customer enquiries to resolution; responding and channeling it into the organization as required.
* Participate and coordinate service contract fulfilment and non-contract events and follow-up, managing service scheduling conflicts and scope fulfilment and/or variations.
* Participate with input to the preparation of the sales strategy including Services Key Account Plan by using internal and external data sources.
* Participate in customer relations from an operational perspective and transactional sales through structured communication.
* Participate in analysis and follow up customer satisfaction results together with Services functions.
We believe you have
* Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in administration, across boundaries is preferred.
* Strong productive focus.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Preferred but not essential: University Bachelor in technical/business disciplines or equivalent.
