Our client is a highly successful business who are partnering exclusively with our consultancy to recruit an experienced operational generalist HRBP or HR Advisor who is available immediately or at short notice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys a varied and busy workload and is prepared to "hit the ground running", and "muck in" carrying out whatever tasks are needed to be done to support the HR team. THE ROLE:
The day-to-day role will require giving practical and supportive HR advise and support to employees at all levels. Working closely in the HR team and supporting on ER (employee relations), ER casework, Performance management, absence management, Training and development, succession planning, supporting on HR projects, Talent and Recruitment.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have a strong operational HR generalist background, the desire and ability to achieve goals, "make stuff happen", a strong team player and someone who is strong at multi-tasking and a good team player. Must be prepared to work at all levels, roll sleeves up and do whatever it takes to complete tasks.
