Position: Female Support Worker
Location: New Haw, Addlestone
Salary: £23,264 per annum (pro rata)
Hours: Full-time only
Requirements: Full valid UK driving license to drive service vehicle.
Role Responsibilities
We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Addlestone, supporting 3 males and 1 female, who have learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy. You will be supporting them on a day-to-day basis with daily tasks within the home, as well as out in the community where the people we support enjoy activities such as shopping, trips to the day centers, and much more!
No two days are the same, but your day might look like this:
1. Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
2. Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.
3. Supporting the management of our people’s finances.
4. Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
5. Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
6. Enjoying what you do!
Qualifications and Experience
Experience in social care is not essential; we provide a full range of accredited and award-winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
